Account Deletion – Platfer
At Platfer, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly from within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps inside the Platfer mobile app:
1. Open the Platfer app
2. Go to My Profile
3. Tap Additional Settings
4. Select Account Deletion
5. Confirm your deletion request
Once confirmed, your account deletion process will begin immediately.
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
• Your profile information
• Login and authentication details
• Coaching enrollments and learning data
• Saved preferences and account settings
• Any personal information associated with your account
Data Retention Policy
Some limited data may be securely retained for up to 30 days after deletion for:
• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security monitoring
• Dispute resolution
After this retention period, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Important Notice
• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
• You will lose access to all coaching content and services
• You must create a new account if you want to use Platfer again
